To put it another way, we don’t just want keywords surrounded by fluff. (Anyone who remembers old-school SEO writing knows what we’re talking about!)

Who You Are

We are looking for experienced web content writers to work with long term.

Our clients are predominantly in the US, so you must be highly proficient in American English.

This is freelance and remote work.

These are our must-haves:

• Experience in writing and optimizing web content
• An extremely strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Able to match voice and style of existing content
• Understand SEO basics (keywords, meta descriptions, calls to action)
• Familiar with Google Docs

Industry expertise is a major plus. This is not an exhaustive list, but some of the industries we are looking for include:

• Addiction recovery/rehab
• Business to business
• Business to consumer
• Fashion
• Home services (plumbing, HVAC, remodel/renovation, etc.)
• Interior design
• Legal
• Make up
• Medical (medical conditions, plastic surgery, dentistry, etc.)

How It Works

Our freelance writers set their max word count for a 7-day turnaround time and are set up in our CRM to receive tasks.

Our task instructions include a topic, subtopics, goal/approach, target audience, keywords, and resource links. Some tasks include existing content to rewrite and/or optimize.

We create product/service pages, landing pages, blog posts, long-form articles, video descriptions, infographic content—the list goes on.

Our rate is 8 cents per word.
