Description
We're looking for a few travel writers to cover "where to stay" type articles highlighting Airbnbs, vacation rentals and unique places to stay in the USA (and eventually other countries).
Example articles:
- 14 Most Unique Utah Airbnbs & Vacation Rentals
- 9 Extraordinary Cabin Rentals In Anchorage, Alaska
- Mitten Meandering: 7 Great Glamping Getaways in Michigan
For these types of articles, we choose a handful of places that fit different budgets and travel styles, and then offer a quick description of each place. The articles are usually 1,000 to 1,500 words and highlight 7-15 places depending on the topic.
We're looking for writers who can use a casual, conversational but professional tone and break down the highlights of rentals and what makes them interesting or unique. We want writers who have personality and a sense of humor so the articles aren't dry and boring. Ideally, we'd like to work with writers who have experience writing these types of articles for other websites.
