We have built a new app and we are looking for someone to assist with the documentation so that it can easily be used.
I'm looking for someone to create some user documentation, a little bit like this:

but a LOT better.

The basecamp docs are good in that they are clear and even show a little bit of personality at times. Most documentation however is REALLY boring and basecamp is still pretty boring too.

So, the documentation needs to be engaging and people actually should WANT to read it because it's a great read. It's fun, interesting, conversational, VISUAL, unusual. It's emotionally-engaging rather than being boring, clinical and tedious like every other knowledge base I've seen. I've never actually seen a good knowledge base, not sure if you have?
