Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization (please include links to profiles you’ve managed).
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for tone, style, and audience.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or similar trending formats).
- Ability to create visually appealing content (basic graphic design skills a plus).
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to track performance.
