We are a growing SEO content creation company looking to add more writers to the team. Our company has a variety of clients with numerous projects and we are expanding into the real estate industry. Currently, we have clients who need real estate related blog post created, residential property and neighborhood descriptions prepared, and professional bios written. This is an ongoing contract with the potential for a variety of projects.
Initially, the contract will be for 15 pieces each month at 290 to 300 words for each piece. The pieces are simple and easy to prepare and a good researcher/writer should be able to do two pieces in an hour.

- A property description of 250 to 300 words for a multi-million dollar mansion or an average three-bedroom home.
- A sample writing describing a residential neighborhood anywhere in the country 200 - 300 words.
- A short professional bio for a real estate agent, mortgage broker, home inspector, buyer's agent, listing specialist, etc.
- Much of this content is repetitive and fairly easy to prepare.
- Must be in the US and first language English.
Compensation based on a per piece, considered entry-level writing, and pay range will be from .03 to .06 per word or from $15.00 to $20.00 for each piece.
