We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PC Hardware.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as computer science or electrical engineering, as well as relevant certifications in computer hardware. In addition, we are looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to write high-quality content for top tech sites.
Requirements for Computer Hardware Writer:
- Degree in a related field, such as computer science or electrical engineering
- Relevant certifications in computer hardware is a plus
- 1-2 years of consistent experience as a freelance writer on a hardware/tech website, or full-time experience as a hardware writer.
- A passion for PC building and computer hardware.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and ability to write technical content in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work with and interpret technical data and translate it for a general audience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to take direction and feedback well and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to obtain original images and media
