Description

Placewise, recently voted one of Built in Colorado's Best Places to work in 2021, is looking for an outgoing and highly motivated freelance Retail Content Operations Manager, while our current Manager is out on maternity leave.

This is a challenging position that offers the right person an opportunity to contribute to the changing face of digital media for the retail industry. To start, we are looking for someone with ~15-20 hours per week, with potential to grow full time.

What you will be doing:

Deal Content Operations Management: Manage and lead an offshore data entry team.
Manage and monitor data integrity/accuracy
Answer daily questions from deals team & advise on how to proceed
Daily tracking & monthly reporting of KPIs
Coordination with off site processing team

Retailer Account Management: Manage and grow current retailer relationships within our network.
Support, maintain, and service current retailer relationships
Create timely touchpoints with retailers
Grow current retailer accounts program
Update retailer data to accurately reflect branding changes
Daily tracking and monthly reporting of KPIs

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or equivalent education/experience.
Ability to quickly become well-versed in PlaceWises’ business and familiar with its product offerings and internal systems.
Must successfully manage a variety of projects and assignments and serve a variety of internal and external clients simultaneously.
Interested in the shopping center and retail tech industries.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Google cloud apps (Google Drive, Calendars, Spreadsheets, etc.)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
