We are looking to hire a lean, mean team of writers with deep experience in grant writing to help educate those newer to grant writing on different topics related to the process of grant writing. The content will be ghostwritten.
Think about when you first started grant writing and how confusing the process may have been. We're aiming to demystify that process through free content.
We plan to cover a variety of topics, including but not limited to:
- General informational content answering commonly asked questions such as "What is a Letter of Inquiry?"
- Detailed how-tos (I.e. How to Find Nonprofit Form 990s and Use Them Meaningfully)
- Data-driven studies (I.e. Grant Writing Statistics for 2021)
These posts will range in length from 1500 words to 3000+.
We operate off fixed-rate articles. Our rates work out to 2-3 cents per word.
Bonuses are available for sets of milestones being submitted ahead of time. We are also open to paying more for past grant writing experience.
We are aiming to provide an "A to Z" approach of being exhaustive in answering the questions people often have around grant writing.
When onboarded, you will be given a system to follow for submitting articles for review and upload, as well as documentation on how we write articles.
You'll be expected to uphold our content standards. Every piece of content you submit will be run through plagiarism checkers as well as reviewed for compliance to our SEO standards.
The ideal candidate has written long-form content before and is familiar with basic SEO-writing, such as when to use different types of headers, and how to optimize posts for web content reading.
If selected, we will start you with a shorter article (1500 words) as a paid test to see if you can learn our system for uploading content as well as to assess your writing abilities.
