Thanks for reading my post. I am looking for a writer with a very specific set of skills and experiences, so that we can have a fruitful ongoing relationship. My goal is to have you help me write 12-24 blog posts this year.
I already have a writer that helps me write 2-3 blogs a week on our condoblackbook.com blog portion of our site. But I have some new strategies I would like to implement that require more bandwidth, so I need a new writer.
The new goal is to create very high quality blog items that can be accepted as guest blog posts on other quality sites (either we can mention our site or able to put our site's link in as part of author profile in the guest blog post). A secondary goal would be if you write for other sites that we can work together to come up with a high quality article/post where it might make sense to link to my site as a reference.
I already have a bunch of ideas that we can collaborate on to achieve the above goals.
Below are the requirements of the writer I am looking for to complete these:
Requirements:
- You must have 120% command of the English language.
- Your writing must be high quality, natural, not forced, and very readable for the average college graduate.
- Good understanding of SEO without too much direction needed. If you are primarily an SEO writer, please do not apply. I am looking for primarily a good writer
- Experience writing in real estate or directly associated industries
You will be selected based on the below, listed in order of importance:
- Quality of writing
- Experience with Real Estate related topics
- Connections to Well-trafficked External Sites that have a relation to real estate.
- Understanding of how to research and write articles with topics that are in demand online
