The focus of this job is research (serious research), which involves reading academic journals and compiling a report to explain the science behind a certain phenomenon or problem in horticulture.
The researcher’s name will not be published. Each report is about 1300 – 1800 words.
No SEO writing skills are needed.

The researcher must be:
- Capable of finding and reading academic journals, studies and authoritative sources of information, extracting relevant findings and incorporating them in the report
- Capable of paraphrasing and summarizing technical, and scientific concepts in simple, everyday language for the general audience
- Capable of presenting a topic like a thesis, with claims supported by evidence, facts, and findings
- No fluff, no plagiarism, no AI writing (we have zero tolerance for these)
