Description
We’re looking for freelance editors who can contribute 10-20 hours per week on a regular basis. Payment is $15/hour, via Paypal, paid weekly.
Applicants must be native speakers of English
Bonus points for some experience and/or significant interest in a technical field.
Editing for us, you will need to follow specific templates that we will provide. This is not SEO-type work.
As well as editing for grammar and format, your work will include –
- Plagiarism-checking
- Verifying claims made in content
- Providing feedback to the writers
- Refreshing old content
- Writing original content
Editors will be provided with training in the required article formats.
We expect you to learn quickly and produce work which requires very little oversight.
You don’t have to have tons of experience in editing to apply. New editors who are willing to learn are welcome to apply as well.
