We're developing a new site on an established domain, that will become the home of all sewing and craft enthusiasts around the world. We would feature top quality content on everything useful related to sewing and craft, from 'How-to's and tutorials to Best products, reviews, tips and tricks.
The Ideal Writer
I’m looking for someone who really loves all things sewing, knows a lot about sewing, and knows how to write SEO optimized articles.
The ideal writer would:
- Have excellent English spelling and grammar (native American English proficiency).
- Able to write in an informative, friendly & relaxed tone with a keen eye for detail and facts
- Can produce a wide range of articles, such as educational how to's, product reviews and a variety informational content within the Sewing and Crafts niche, and find or take accompanying high quality pictures.
- Have very engaging writing style
- Good knowledge and experience in sewing and craft.
- Know how to write SEO optimized articles, and the current best practices in 2020. (preferably have actual experience in writing articles in the sewing niche, with samples).
- Able to follow writing guidelines
- Able to deliver content ON TIME or communicate in advance if articles will be late
- Can create your Sewing and craft projects, with accompanying pictures or videos where necessary (can be paid for as required).
- Be able to research and create quality long form content, NOT fill up articles with unnecessary fluff.
About This Job
This is a stable ongoing gig with opportunity for a long term relationship if we find the right person.
We are looking for someone who can provide 3-4 high-quality articles per week of around 2,000 words in length. (actual length will vary depending on the topic).
We can pay per word or per article (we are willing to be flexible). We pay reasonable and competitive rates.
There is also possibility of additional extra bonuses if you work with us long term and the site becomes successful.
Please include your rate for a standard 2,000 word article in your application.
I will provide the article topics and any relevant pointers as necessary, (and you can suggest yours too).
We want to get started immediately and want someone who is ready to start right away.
