Native English writer needed for dating and relationship advice for women blog

I’m Matthew Coast the founder of http://CommitmentConnection.com. For the last few years, we’ve become an established resource in the dating and relationship advice space for the women in our market.

We average 200,000 visitors per month at the moment and we have a regular audience of around 20,000 women on our email newsletter.

We provide genuine, quality and actionable relationship advice to our community. Our content revolves around bringing men and women together in partnership. We don’t have anything on there that talks down men, makes women into victims, or any sleazy content.

Obviously, you can work from home with whatever hours you want as long as you get your articles in.

I’m looking to hire a writer who can contribute to our blog.

This is what I'm looking for:

1. Personality - This isn't an SEO job. I would like to find someone who can use stories, metaphors, and creativity in their writing. I'll give you a post template that you can use for structure.
2. Passion - I'd like to find someone who cares about this topic and wants to express something to the women in our community.
3. Speed - If it takes you a week to write a post, this is the wrong job for you. I'm looking for someone who can put together between 3-4 articles a week.

The position will start with a test post.

If I like your work, you'll be hired as a contractor to do 4 blog posts per week for as long it makes sense for us to work together with other potential projects available if you're interested and you continue to deliver quality work and everything goes well.

Every post I publish will go through an editorial process where I check all ideas and claims for accuracy. I'd rather have some personality shine and deliver quality content than have some boring posts that you could find on another site.

My budget is $200 per week for 4 x 800 – 1200 word posts. So please bid based on delivering 800 – 1200 word articles.

You'll be given a giant list of potential topics and you'll get to choose which ones you write about.

Note: We only require our writers to write the content, no web formatting or design is required.

Also, we'll have calls to action at the bottom of most of the articles you write... it shouldn't impact how you write the article though.
