Description
We are looking to build out content for a new site.
It is a site that tells consumers how they can buy a home with low or no down payment.
The desired audience is age 22-35. These are renters who want to buy a home but think they can't because they are unable to save a down payment.
We are giving them hope by showing them all the ways they can buy.
The tone is conversational, direct, and a little snarky. This is like your friend in the mortgage business telling you how to really do this without all the traditional BS you hear from banks. For a solid example, see http://lowdownpaymenthome.loans/20-percent-down-payment-fallacy-dont-fall-for-it/
Other notes on style:
As a writer for this site, you should have real-world mortgage experience. If not, I'm willing to entertain writers with relevant experience.
Some first articles I'm looking to get are pieces on:
FHA loans
VA loans
USDA mortgage loans
Down payment assistance programs
State and local housing grants
Low down payment conventional loans (HomeReady and Conventional 97)
Requesting 700-1000 word articles
