Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, with specific experience in CRM software, particularly KEAP. This role is vital in ensuring that projects run smoothly and are completed on time and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support: Basic department support with any marketing endeavors and tracking. Assisting the Director of Marketing and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
CRM Management: Utilize KEAP to manage customer relationships, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing automation efforts. Ensure data integrity and effective use of the platform.
Set up email campaigns.
Basic copywriting.
Basic social media management and reporting.
Basic use of Canva and graphic creation
Provide customer support for online programs and issues
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Reporting: Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, summarizing progress, challenges, and next steps. Report data on various Marketing campaigns
TIMELINES: Manage Calendars and timelines for projects
Travel to out of state offsite meetings and events
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities company provides
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing administration,
Proven experience with CRM software, specifically KEAP, and a strong ability to leverage it for marketing success
Experience creating basic graphics through softwares like canva.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Google Office Suite.
