Description

We're a technology staffing firm looking for ghostwriters for our blog who can write about a variety of topics related to IT Staffing and Outsourcing industry.

While most articles are pure overviews with minimal research required, we are looking for someone who can provide actionable insights, so it’d be helpful if a writer either had personal work experience or had written in the past on the areas listed below.

The main areas that the articles are going to cover are:

  • IT staffing and outsourcing industry in general (latest trends, how-to guides, cost benefit analysis, market research, etc.)
  • Insights and expertise on technology talent management and IT staffing strategies
  • Topics at the intersection of talent management and technology

We always try to provide detailed guidelines and work with our writers to ensure the content is helpful to its intended audience. We will provide our writers with specific article topics, article outlines and links to external content they could use for additional research as needed.

Each article should have at least 1,500 words and the style of writing should be similar to articles appearing on CIO.com.

A few important notes:

  • Writers we are looking for have to be native English speakers with impeccable grammar and spelling who can research a given topic, write engaging text that is easy to read, informative and offers real value to readers.
  • The readers we are reaching out to with our content are CIO/CTOs, Engineering and HR/Recruiting leaders
  • Since the articles will be posted on our corporate blog, the content must be in-depth, research-backed (with proper sourcing and fact-checking), but also engaging for readers, written in an approachable tone that invites them to act.
  • We will not accept poorly written filler content. Also, every article will be checked for duplicates in Copyscape, so it has to be unique.
  • Writers should be available to submit at least 1 article every three weeks (each article to be at least 1,500 words long)
  • We require full rights to the content.
