Long Form Blog Content Editor/ Brief Creator

I'm looking for someone who can do two things:

1. Create detailed content briefs for freelance writers to work from across a range of digital marketing, sales, entrepreneurial topics. These briefs should provide detailed outlines on keyword targets, key sections to cover with bullet point directions and reference links.
2. Proof read and edit long form blog content. This person will need to look for grammar issues, make edits to improve sections, add supporting stats and graphs when needed.

This person will need to have a strong content and SEO background.

To be considered for the projects, please provide some samples of posts you have edited, and briefly describe how you would create content briefs for writers.
