Json Property Tax Calculator

I am looking for a seasoned web developer to make a property tax calculator that I can embed into my WordPress website.

In a nutshell, we'll be duplicating what SmartAsset has done here:

And we will be using the data from this spreadsheet to accomplish it:

The functionality will include:

1. Selecting your county by zip code or county name
2. Entering your assessed home value via a slider
3. The calculator multiplying the assessed value by county tax rate (found in the spreadsheet)
4. The calculator will also calculate an average state and national tax amount for the assessed value entered, and display that below the tax rate and amount of the selected county

I want it to look similar in style to any one of Calconic's calculators (google this to find out).
