We are focusing our efforts on creating informational guides and educational pieces that provide value to our clients who are job seeking.
Topics will center on the hidden job market, salary negotiation, creating an employer wish list, targeting companies, common interview questions, how to follow up, networking, using LinkedIn to job search, creating a job search plan, scripts to use when building/expanding your network, and top job boards.
We're looking for someone who will do the research, finding studies/factual data, statistics to back up the advice and not just provide vague or generic (fluffy) advice. Writer will have access to our Market Muse software to optimize the content for SEO, although SEO will not be the primary purpose of this content. The content is designed to provide our clients with advice, strategies, and tactics to be successful in their job search.
Research and providing proof for advice is critical. You will have access to our team to conduct interviews and gather information/advice for content.
Experience in hiring, HR, resume writing, if helpful but not required.
Experience with MarketMuse would be great too.
