Home Niche Writer Needed – Freelance long-term

DESCRIPTION

NorthernHome.co (brand new site) is looking for a subject matter expert in the area of home and yard.

We would like to bring in 1 writer who can handle 10,000-12,000 words per month.

The pay rate will be $0.07 per word.

You will primarily be writing two types of articles: how-to guides, and best-product review roundups.

The target audience for this project are individuals who are looking to learn how to curate and maintain a home they love.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience writing about home topics - kitchen, cleaning, decor, organization, maintenance, yard.
• Research and write 4 to 6 articles each month (ranging from 1500 to 2000+ words each)
• Express expertise on the topic
• Address reader pain points clearly in writing
• Access to Google Docs, email, and PayPal
• Must be punctual and must hit all deadlines
• If you are using an AI writing tool, you must still complete the research required and include accurate information.
