Description
Are you a regular health writer/blogger?
Do you know everything about:
- addiction or mental health
- recovery
- drug or alcohol abuse
- sober living
Then we need you. We are a substance abuse digital marketing firm servicing addiction professionals across the US. We're a bunch of people who are absolutely fanatic about helping people find their way through recovery and we'd love to welcome you on board!
We are looking for people blogging for us (4-10x/month) about topics we'd give them, as well as topics you feel are unique, relevant, and helpful. You will have to research the topics to write content that provides real value, not a rehash of what you googled on the topic.
Here are some examples of the type of articles we want to publish:
http://blogs.psychcentral.com/science-addiction/2014/04/study-for-depression-with-alcoholism-cbt-and-motivational-interviewing-show-long-lasting-effects/
http://blogs.psychcentral.com/addiction-under-30/2014/04/study-shows-drinking-is-even-more-contagious-than-you-thought/
http://www.healthyplace.com/blogs/mentalhealthtreatmentcircle/2014/04/09/how-alcohol-addict-affects-the-family-and-how-you-can-help/
We aim for our posts to be readable for anyone and help people achieve a healthier / happier life in sobriety, or gain guidance in finding recovery suitable to their present situation. They need to be both informative and engaging/fun to read.
In your application please include:
- links to health blog posts you've already published
- links to your most active social profiles
- any proof of health credentials
- your awesome personality
Our writers are expected to deliver pieces between 1000 and 2000 words and are paid proportionally to the amount of content that's asked from them. We also expect the writers to promote the articles they've written on their social profiles/blogs.
Looking forward to see your proposals
Sincerely,
Todd
