The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Content who wants to own something real – not just manage calendars and briefs. You’ll start hands-on, writing and learning our products deeply. This gives you the context to shape a meaningful strategy later.
As you deliver results, your role naturally expands: setting the bar for quality, building reliable processes, mentoring writers, and owning the performance of everything that goes out – CTR, conversions, SEO impact, product adoption, and revenue influence.

What You’ll Do
- Write and edit top-quality content that sets the bar for the team.
- Lead and mentor writers, providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Own the content process – from planning to delivery – ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Drive performance: measure CTR, conversions, SEO, and revenue impact, then act on the data.
- Shape the strategy: make sure every piece of content ties directly to meaningful business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional writing and editing skills (English).
- Proven experience leading content teams in SaaS or tech.
- Strong process-building skills.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with GA, GSC, SEO metrics, and turning insights into action.
