Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a U.S. Politics Writer at Political Tribune; we are open to hiring people not based in the United States as long as they meet the necessary qualifications and are compatible with Eastern Standard Time (EST). The U.S. Politics Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content centered on U.S. politics. Daily responsibilities include researching political topics, writing articles, and staying current on events and political developments.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in political writing, research, and content creation
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. political system and current events
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in journalism or political writing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Writers based in the Caribbean or other LATAM locations are welcome
