Job Description
Single Grain is looking for a full-time writer and digital marketing expert to produce amazing content which establishes us as an industry leader, and drives inbound leads for our agency services.
We want an expert marketer and marketing writer, who’s constantly looking for ways to get better at their craft.
We need someone who will take the quality of our content to the next level.
We want someone humble, hungry, and smart, who’s driven by qualitative and quantitative assessments of their work.
You’ll be pitching and writing educational, informative, compelling, and search-optimized 2K+ articles, an original research-driven, epic ‘State of…’ marketing report, lead generation assets, and more.

In this role, you’ll:
- Pitch and produce world-class long form content on the topics of digital marketing, business, and entrepreneurship.
- Constantly improve domain knowledge to put out the most cutting-edge, informative content.
- Capture and articulate the Single Grain voice.
- Write exceptional headlines, and continually optimize them.
- Work with our videographer and social media manager to maximize brand reach.
- Optimize content for search.
- Be a writing machine who always hits deadlines and is an expert at prioritization.
Qualifications
- An extensive portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your epic content skills.
- Digital marketing expertise
- Deep knowledge of SEO
- Experience writing both short- and long-form copy across multiple online channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
