I am looking for multiple people. If you have time to write one article a week or 5 that's fine. We create helpful content for people who own airbnb listings. Ideally you will have rented out an Airbnb listing, or you will have stayed in an Airbnb listing more than once.
Articles will all be long: as a minimum 2-3000 words, but some will be 4-5000 words.
PLEASE be realistic when you are quoting your price.
You might like to quote per article, or if you wish, you can quote per word, however, naturally payment will be dependent on the quality and experience but let me give you some guidance on this:
For payments in the region of 0.05-0.10 Cents per word, I expect a thoroughly well-researched article, which cites multiple sources, and is truly outstanding content and is the best answer to the article's question on the internet. In short, it must be outstanding. It is unlikely that I will hire many, if anyone at the top end of this rate.
For prices in the $0.01 - 0.05 range, I still expect excellent content, however, I will be at hand to help and advise and answer any questions you might have.
I would prefer to pay a fixed price per article. Quotes in the region of $1 per word will be deleted (sorry if this sounds rude, but we get a huge amount of response).
