Content By Design is looking for freelance writers to join our expanding team.
We're looking for enthusiastic writers able to commit to regular monthly work and who can consistently hit deadlines.
Topics: Niches vary, but include homesteading, sustainability, organic gardening, homeschooling, prepping, cycling, fitness, collectibles, dogs, hiking, camping, swimming pools, sewing, crafts, and more.
Pay: We're offering a starting rate of $50 per 1,000 words (with room to grow) and a byline, bio and link back to your site or online portfolio (if you become a regular contributor).
We pay on the 7th of the month for all work approved by the last day of the previous month.
Your role: Creating amazing, useful content for our readers. We provide keywords, a brief, and, usually, a full article outline with subheadings. We also provide you with a Google Doc to write in, so you do not have to do any formatting, uploading, or publishing. We also do not require you to provide images. So you just focus on what you do best - creating awesome content!
We provide plenty of training and resources, and you'll work with an editor to help you capture our voice and meet our guidelines. This is a collaborative environment. We want you to succeed and we'll do everything we can to help.
Note: We only accept well-researched, accurate, 100% original content from native English speakers. And we do NOT work with teams (we've been around the block and if you try to hoodwink us by outsourcing or using a team, we'll identify it right away and we'll terminate you immediately).
