Hello! We're looking for 2-3 freelance writers to help us create a backlog of content we need for several different sites we manage. Our sites span a few niches, including the real estate and personal finance industries. We're welcoming generalists as well as anyone who can write on those two specific topics.
We're very easy to work with, but we do need articles turned around quickly in most cases. Typically, we'll assign articles and request that they're completed and sent back within 24 hours (although sometimes it's longer).

Please note that we will consider all applicants, but we do prefer experience writers who can research a bit and provide consistent formatting. We'll also give preference to writers who can return more than 5,000 words per week so that we can build a strong working relationship!
