Freelance writer to draft blog posts for facilities services company

Hi,

I am looking for a strong writer who can write B2B blog posts for a Facilities Management company. My first topic is the 5 (or X) signs that you have mold in your facility. I am looking for someone who can write grammatically and stylistically correct American English as that is my client's market. I just paid for a terribly written post that was not remotely on target regarding the topic, was clearly written by someone with a less than fluent grasp of English, etc.

If first project goes well there will be the opportunity to write more posts (2 a month) and possibly also shorter white papers 5-7 pages.
