IHeartBritishTV.com is a resource for British TV fans in the US. We've been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and CBS News.
We're looking to expand our team of writers. Writers would ideally be based in the US, so you can quickly and easily view geo-specific streaming options for our mostly American readership.
We hire writers for two types of posts:
- 600-900 word news posts - These posts typically discuss new shows and upcoming seasons of established shows, along with things like guest star announcements or cast changes.
- 1000-2500 word feature posts - These tend to be more evergreen posts: things like theme-specific show lists, features about filming locations, and interesting trivia lists.
The ideal candidate(s) will have an interest in British TV.
Some familiarity with WordPress and basic SEO is a plus, but it's definitely not a requirement - so please don't be afraid to apply if you love British TV but have little to no experience with either of those things.
