At AIHR, we’re looking for experienced remote freelance writers with expertise in HR to contribute to our blogs, preferably for long-term collaboration. You’ll be writing for a large audience of HR professionals from all over the world, educating them on topics like recruitment, HRM, learning & development, HR analytics, digital HR, and more.

- Write a couple of well-researched, in-depth, long-form articles per month on HR-related topics, based on our content calendar, briefs, and editorial guidelines
- Collaborate with our editor on the content, style, and structure
- Help us grow our audience
