Hello!
We’re a digital marketing agency that manages a number of clients across a broad range of industries (dental, medical, legal, plumbing/HVAC, auto, health and beauty, real estate, financial, home improvement and furnishings – you name it, we have a client that does it!).
We are looking for writers to work with long term and hopefully with the same clients since they will be writing in the client's voice.
We have our writers choose from a list of subject matters that they feel most comfortable and knowledgeable writing about and set a preferred max number of assignments they want to receive in a week. For each assignment we ask for a 3- to 5-day turnaround time.
CONTENT WRITERS
We are looking to expand our team of writers to mainly create blog posts and landing pages (approx. 500 words), but we also have assignments for long-form articles (approx. 1,200 words), infographic content, marketing emails, and video descriptions.
In our instructions to writers, we include a topic, goal/approach, audience/tone, resources links, anchor text, and keywords. And writers are welcome to reach out to the content assigner with any questions they have.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Highly proficient in English (the majority of our clients are in the U.S., so natural-sounding content in American English IS A MUST!)
- A strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Familiar with SEO (anchor text, keywords, call to action, etc.)
RATES
We pay our content writers 6 cents per word (however, we will pay higher rates for those who specialize in writing about legal or medical subjects, or more technical industries). We pay additionally for images added from a select list of free sites.
SOCIAL MEDIA WRITERS
Our social media writers create posts for Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business (GMB), Houzz, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
We order posts in batches of anywhere between about 8 and 30 posts, depending on the SM platform.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable writing social media posts, with familiarity of nearly all the SM platforms listed above (we will provide writers with our guidelines for each platform)

RATES
We pay $2 per post which includes an image from a select list of free sites.
