Are you a basketball player? Do you want to earn extra money by writing articles online in your free time? We want you!
My name is John Zhang, I’ve been playing basketball for 15 years. Basketball, to me, is more than just a hobby, it’s part of my life. I go to basketball courts more often than gyms, simply because I love the feeling when the game is over we chat, laugh and appreciate each other for a great game. I also like to travel, each year I check out 5-10 countries and you know what, finding a basketball court is one of the key factors in choosing a hotel or apartment.
Okay, enough for self-introduction. I’ve more stories to share with you later on if you get a chance to chat :)
I’m building an authority/niche site with my best buddy Luke, and we want to hire 2-3 freelance writers to help grow the site. Our vision for the site is to be the best basketball blog on the Internet, providing useful tips and guides for amateur basketball players of all ages.
You’ll be paid on a word-count basis, i.e. $30-80 USD per 1000 words. The length of an article is usually between 1000 and 2000 words, depending on the nature of the topic. We’ll give you explicit topic list and detailed outlines on how to write so you won’t be confused.
If this sounds exciting to you, please send an email to [email protected] with a subject “basketball fan” and in the email include/answer the following questions:
- where are you from?
- is English your first or second language?
- since when you started playing basketball and how long?
- which NBA teams do you like and who’s your favorite star?
- have you ever written any articles on the Internet? If you do, share your best articles with URLs. No attachments please.
- how many hours per week can you dedicated in writing for this project?
- anything else you’d want to share with me?
Alright, I look forward to hearing from you. For now, I’ve got to get on the court and later watch the NBA semi-finals. Let’s see if GSW will win the title this year, again?!
P.S. I may not be able to reply every email but I do read all of them.
