Description

Are you an experienced fisherman (or woman) who was a talent for writing?

Would you enjoy teaching others the tips + tricks it takes to become a professional angler?

I'm looking for 1 or 2 writers to help provide well-written content for our new bass fishing site, supplying between 2 and 5+ posts per month per writer on an ongoing basis.

About Us

We build websites in a variety of niches with the goal of providing the absolute best information on each subject we cover. This means we use studies, data, and real-life experiences to help people make buying decisions and learn more about important subjects in the industry.

Our newest site is https://yourbassguy.com/, and we are looking to produce at least 100 articles on the site before 2020 is over.

We have built several authority sites before so we have systems and processes in place to make your job as easy and straightforward as possible.

I'm looking for some paid writing help that will work with me to craft amazingly comprehensive, search- and human-optimized articles.

What I'm Looking For

I will be asking for articles on bass fishing accessories, the best time to bass fish, tips + tricks for bass fishing, and pretty much everything else anyone who is interested in bass fishing wants to know.

They will mostly be review guides, 'how-to guides', tutorial style or purely informational articles. But I might occasionally ask for other article types such as list-style posts, pros and cons, myth-busting or whatever.

Articles need to be factually accurate, show knowledge of bass fishing, be informative and mostly actionable, but written in a light-hearted conversational tone and style.

English MUST be your native language.

You MUST proofread and grammar check all your writing.

I will provide a fairly comprehensive spreadsheet for each article, outlining the intent of each page, important keywords to help you build the relevance of the piece, competitor examples, and live pages we'd like to model, but there will be lots of room for creativity and to write to your own style, particularly as it relates to your experience with fishing.

And if you have any article ideas as you get going, I'm all ears!

I will expect the articles to be 'scannable', with good use of headings, bullet-pointed / numbered lists, bolding and italics (if suitable) to make the text more easily read and suitable for the web.

The Role

I'm looking for 1 to 2 people who can commit to at least 2 articles each per month on an on-going basis with frequent opportunity for more under no obligation (but both sides, me and you, must absolutely commit to providing 2.)

I will likely provide you with a batch of articles each month, depending on your availability, and will expect to have them all completed within 1 month.

What Does The Job Offer?

Get paid to write about something you already know and love - fishing.

You'll learn the latest, data-backed methods of putting together search-friendly articles, that will be a big value-add to any future clients you have.

The amount I pay will depend on a few factors and I fully expect a wide range of different prices requested. Please be true and honest to yourself!

All offers, no matter how high or low will be considered and I can equally pay low or high.

So please let me know what you would like to be paid for your services by providing a PER WORD quote. These articles will all be 2000-5000 words.

Also provide at least one link to published work you have done.

If you have Guest Contributor spots on any outdoor websites, please provide them in the Google Form as this is bonus points.
