Description
CrewMachine is looking for experienced writers and editors to create high-level copy for some of the biggest eCommerce companies around. We have a range of ongoing projects in immediate need of solid writers and editors, including product content and landing pages. If your application is successful, you could work on projects relating to tech, fashion, home goods, hardware tools, office supplies, medical products and more.
Each project has its own requirements and pay rates, which range from 3 to 5 cents USD per word, depending on the project.

Store Pages
Write 300-350 words about a particular merchant. Copy will be broken up into general information about the store, followed by shopping tips and details about saving money that are directly relevant to the store (free shipping, clearance section, coupon with email signup, etc.)

Eyeglasses Product Descriptions
Write 100-word product descriptions for a range of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and accessories. Product descriptions are generally three to five sentences long with three to five bullets after the text. Note: We request prior experience for writing tasks. To be considered, you should hold a strong command of the English language, have excellent grammar and writing skills, and be willing to learn.
We are also seeking editors for all projects. Editors must write a trial piece before starting an editing trial. Editors must have experience with editing, proofreading, leaving feedback, etc. If you’re interested, apply here.
