We pride ourselves in creating the best outdoor product recommendations and guides for camping and backpacking. We’re a beginner friendly site with a focus on encouraging people into the outdoors.
What you’ll be doing
When it comes to people who are interested in camping but haven’t yet made the first steps, we often hear similar pains: “I don’t know where to go camping”, “Isn’t camping uncomfortable?”, “Camping equipment is so expensive and I don’t know what to buy”.
These are all fair questions and it’ll be up to you to communicate that camping with the right equipment and knowledge can be fun and comfortable.
In your role, you’ll be writing long-form roundup reviews and informational content. You’ll be provided with a list of great products and it’s up to you to research these and establish the advantages and disadvantages of each. You’ll also be asked to write articles which include camping and backpacking tips.

Requirements
- You are a native English speaker.
- You love the outdoors and have expertise in camping and/or backpacking.
- You have plenty of writing experience.
- You are great at conveying enthusiasm and fun in your writing and you are a meticulous researcher.
- You have samples of writing outdoors articles.
