Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and passionate editor/writer to join our team on a part-time basis for 15-20+ hours per week. If we work well together, this can go to a full-time position.
We operate a copywriting /blogging service that allows customers to request blog copy, product reviews, website, and ad copy on demand.
In this position, you will be responsible for editing the copy produced by our writers from the Philippines, M-F. During downtime, you may be able to write some copy.
Currently, our writing team (of 5) is all located in the PH; we are looking to in-shore the editing process to increase the quality and results delivered to our clients.
The copy the team produces is pretty good as is, but it is missing the professional, native quality we are looking to deliver.
Reliability will be key - we’re counting on you to make our small but growing business successful. We are a supportive team looking to add great new talent to our team!
In your response, please let me know if you've edited this type of work in the past - and roughly how many words per hour you are able to edit.
If you're interested, please also let us know your favorite color, what questions you have about the position, expected weekly pay (per hour, not per word, as you'll be editing mostly) and if you can commit to at least 10-15 hours per week. We don't work on weekends.
