Ebook creation from podcast transcripts, transcript cleanup etc.

We do a lot of podcasts that we turn into blog posts by cleaning up the transcript and once every couple months we make an ebook by turning transcripts into prose.

We have six 10-20 minute podcasts done (3k-4k words each that can be reduced quite a bit when made into prose) and this first project is to turn the transcripts into prose for an ebook for a business and sales consultant.

Please cite examples of where you have done this before when applying and, if possible, provide a rough cost/estimate.
