Description
We are looking for an efficient, detail-oriented, and reliable writer who can write confidently and clearly on cybersecurity and technical content. Our client is a global cybersecurity company that works to eliminate data breaches from insider privilege abuse and external hacking attacks. More than half of Fortune 500 companies trust our client’s privileged account management and vulnerability solutions.
We’re looking for a writer who has knowledge and experience writing on security risks and technology and who can successfully match their writing style to the tone of our client. You would mostly be writing glossary pages for their website. They are very trusted in the tech/security space and the writing should reflect that. It should also be professional, clean, clear, precise, and authoritative.
You must be able to perform research on the assigned topics, write comprehensive monthly batches of content, meet deadlines, clearly communicate with your Wpromote managers, and accept and apply constructive criticism.
If you feel like you’d be great fit as a writer for our client, we’d like to hear from you! Apply by emailing [email protected], and please include the following in your application (failure to do so will result in not being considered for the position):
- “Cybersecurity Writer” in the email subject line
- Résumé
- Cover letter explaining why you would be the ideal writer for this project
- 2-3 relevant writing samples
Please note that this is a freelance and remote position. You must be able to answer emails in a prompt manner and talk on the phone occasionally. As a freelancer for Wpromote, you would also have the opportunity to write for our other clients that span across multiple industries including technology, IT, food, fashion, medical, automotive, and more! Although writing for multiple accounts is not required.
We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
