We're building a blog that puts the focus on customers and their role in business success. We're bringing technical research about customer experience management to huge audiences.
As a part of our writing team, you'll research what works in customer experience, and in your articles you'll apply that knowledge to new industries (especially to tech startups and small businesses).

Our rates are $50 to $100 per post, depending on word count. We'd like you to write two to three posts per week.

Bonus if:
- you have business writing experience
- you're into the startup scene
