Copy Writer needed for Credit/Finance education blog

I have a rough draft of the first article that I want to post. It needs to be cleaned up and rewritten professionally. I am looking for someone who can put out 1-2 articles per month (2,000-3000 words each article), I will provide subject matter.  This is for a credit/financial education blog. Matters related to credit reports, credit scores, credit cards, dealing with issues related to them.

Please send three writing samples and what you charge per word.

Also looking for someone who can come up with video copy of a series of videos that I will be producing for the blog, my business and for Social Media as well.
