Your Responsibilities:
Grow our brand
Along with the rest of the digital marketing team, grow our primary brand: http://mantasleep.com
Create Blog Content
You will be in charge of writing 5-10 blog posts on a monthly basis, with the purpose of entertaining, educating, and empowering our customers to sleep better.
Create Email Content
You will be in charge of writing 5-10 emails on a monthly basis, including content such as:
- Product updates
- Company updates
- Post-purchase email flows
- Sales campaigns
- Customer surveys
Create Social Content
You will be in charge of writing social media updates.
Edit & Proofread
You will be editing and proof-reading written content from the team, to ensure our written communication is error-free and consistent with our voice, tone, and brand identity.
Who Are We Looking For?:
Someone who is a native English speaker
You need to be a native English speaker and writer (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, etc) with excellent written communication.
Someone who understands American culture
It’d be difficult to communicate to the USA market, without an understanding and interest in American culture.
Someone who can get things done
Training and resources will be provided in your journey, but ultimately we’re looking for someone who can take on a project and get things DONE. We need someone who is resourceful, goal-driven, creative, persistent, and can accomplish objectives without much hand-holding.
Someone who has *superb* attention to detail
You are someone who pays attention to every little detail – not only in your work but in everything you do. This is a must-have for this position, and a fundamental core value at Vansburg.

Salary, Benefits, Details
We’re looking for someone to start part-time, working 10-20 hours per week, before transitioning to a full-time position.
Salary Range: $500-$2500 depending on work hours & experience.
For our full-time team members, additional benefits include:
Bonus Program: Transparent & company-wide bonus program.
Starting Vacation Days: 14 days per year.
