We're seeking a talented Content Repurposer to transform YouTube content into engaging Instagram posts. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, understands social media engagement, and can distill complex information into compelling, bite-sized content.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch and analyze YouTube videos to extract key messages and insights
• Write attention-grabbing hooks for Instagram video loops
• Craft engaging Instagram captions that maintain value while being concise
• Adapt long-form content into punchy, memorable social posts
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all content
• Work efficiently with content creation tools and AI assistants while maintaining quality
• Follow detailed content guidelines and formatting requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Outstanding writing ability with a conversational, engaging style
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific formatting requirements
• Experience with Instagram content creation and understanding of what drives engagement
• Ability to write concise, compelling hooks and captions

• Basic understanding of social media best practices
