You'll help content team members manage workflows and deadlines and set them up for success by ensuring they have clear goals and everything they need to successfully complete their projects.

You're always driving for great quality, but you also know when to "go pencils down" and ship a product, working iteratively to continue to improve based on student and instructor feedback.

You'll utilize learner analytics, user feedback, and other content performance metrics to make data-driven roadmap and budgeting decisions. You'll work collaboratively with other content team members and company leadership to develop strategy and processes to continuously improve our production methods and learner outcomes.
