Financial Cents has an opening for a well-written, organized, and self-motivated content marketer. The desire for someone to help us reach more accounting firms is so great that our small but mighty team is looking to expand. We currently have over 600+ accounting firms on our platform and are looking to reach 1,200 firms by the end of 2022 and 5,000 firms by 2025. We are a fast-growing software company, tripling in size this year, and are looking for someone to lead our marketing initiatives to keep the momentum going.

You will be working with our customers and partners to create valuable content that accounting firms will fall in love with. This content will help build our brand and educate accounting firms on how Financial Cents can help them scale and grow their firm.
Skills and Competencies
We have a very effective webinar strategy that has hundreds of attendees each session. We want to double down on this strategy with weekly and monthly webinars. You will work with our customers and partners to organize and promote these webinars.
You will also lead the strategy on our other marketing initiatives like our podcast, courses, and other valuable content pieces.
The ability to write compelling copy that resonates with our ideal customer profile is key. You will be writing headlines, descriptions and even copy for most of our content.
Having a data-driven approach is also essential. You will constantly be tracking the performance of the webinars and other content, which will drive marketing decisions.
We are looking for a self-starter who is excited to develop new ideas on how to improve our process and drive revenue growth. You will have regular duties, but we want you to bring your ideas to the table.
Most importantly, the desire to get on the ground level and have a big impact on a fast-growing software startup.
What you’ll do
Your main focus will be executing FC’s webinar strategy. You will work with our customers and partners that create the webinar content, write compelling headlines and descriptions for the webinars, schedule the webinars on the CPE platforms, track the performance of each webinar, identify our top performing webinars, work closely with our CEO on improving the overall webinar strategy.
You will also be managing FC’s podcast strategy. This includes: finding new customers to appear on the podcast every week, scheduling the interviews, and promoting the podcast episodes across all our channels.
You will also be leading the charge on future content initiatives such as online courses and free workflow templates.
You will be helping us create compelling content to help us continue to triple and double our revenue each year.
How You Fit
Financial Cents is a two-year-old SaaS software company experiencing exponential growth. This position is key to our success, so a good fit is a must.
We are a fully remote team, with current staff in Nashville, Knoxville, and Atlanta.

We are looking for someone who is curious and engaged, who loves to learn new things, who actively seeks better ways of doing the work, and who is driven by the big picture of helping us create powerful content to reach more accounting firms.
This is a full-time content marketing position. We offer a salary of $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses.
If you perform well, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and potentially manage our entire marketing department as the team grows. If you do well in this role our goal is to eventually promote you to the Vice President of marketing as we build out the team.
