Consistent Writing for Design and Construction Industry

Need someone who can tell stories well and make typically mundane topics interesting and exciting.  Stories will be focused on architecture, design, construction, built environment, and be heavy on the technology and economics side.  We expect about 4 stories a month.  Stories will be a combination of
