We are looking for a clever and punctual writer who can produce content with SEO in mind.
Contractor Calls is a web design and SEO agency focused on contractors and home service providers, including plumbers, roofers, irrigation contractors, restoration contractors, and more.
As one of our bloggers, your responsibility would be to produce content for several of our clients' blogs. The ideal candidate would be able to:
- Write around an assigned headline
- Generate their own original topics
- Write with SEO in mind
- Do enough research to produce real, useful content about niche topics
- Produce useful, informative, and occasionally entertaining content for boring industries
- Stick to deadlines (which are generally posted 1-4 weeks ahead of time)
- Self manage their time
- Draw from personal experience with a contractor or home service industry
- Also produce content for static website pages (such as service and city pages)
- Accept payment via PayPal
Pay is $25 per blog post, minimum 500 words. Longer content and content in other formats is billable at $0.05/word. Higher rates may be available for special orders, such as research-heavy posts and rush orders. You do not need to be available during regular business hours.
Work volume will be low at first, as we get a feel for your capabilities, but will quickly ramp up as you become a trusted member of your team.
