I am the owner of a personal boutique communications agency for primarily beauty (skin care & cosmetics) and health/wellness brands.
Our services chiefly include editorial and writing tasks, such as product descriptions, articles, blog posts, email newsletters, etc...
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
I am looking for an organized, dependent, flexible, self-starting & smart editorial assistant who has excellent writing and communications skills. I will need help with editorial work, namely original writing and research.
GENERAL LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Research for articles (presented in either bullet-point format or as well-organized paragraphs)
-- Writing for beauty, health & wellness companies -- this will play a huge factor in your candidacy (will include research/writing such as blog posts; newsletter formatting, even product descriptions, etc...)
-- SEO keyword research
TYPES OF WRITING SKILLS REQUIRED
-- Exceptional research skills, including citations
-- Versatile. Whether it's a scientific/professional or an accessible, witty tone, you need to be able to write for a variety of audiences and channels.
-- Easy-to-digest, clear blog post writing
-- Writing product descriptions (SEO friendly)

QUALIFICATIONS
I am looking for someone who is:
-- very reliable, dependable and flexible and hard-working with excellent work ethic
-- extremely organized (someone with great foresight, and can even make suggestions on how to improve processes for a better business experience)
-- available via phone and email (most communication will occur via email)
-- an excellent writer/editor with experience (or extreme passion) in/for beauty, health & wellness
-- Must have internet access, phone and be available at min. during regular office hours
