Love food? Why not write about it?!
We’re looking for freelance writers who can contribute several articles per week on a regular basis. Starting rate is 6 cents per word, via Paypal.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a native speaker of American or British English
- Is familiar with posting in WordPress (Gutenberg editor)
- Has a positive attitude and can make edits and tweaks where needed
Bonus points if you have writing experience in the following (but not mandatory):
- Barbecue (i.e. meat smoking, backyard grilling)
- Food & recipe writing
Writing for us, you will need to follow specific templates that we will provide. All posts must be well-researched and useful for your reader.
Writers will be provided with training in the required writing formats. We expect you to learn quickly and produce posts that require very little editing.
You don’t have to have tons of experience in writing to apply! New writers who are willing to learn are welcome to apply as well.
We have a huge library of training and resources available to offer. We would love this to turn into ongoing work and can even offer full-time work for the right candidate.
