I'm looking for a clear, concise, and engaging writer with significant experience writing Astrology, Numerology and Tarot content. This content will be long-form horoscopes, astrological descriptions (what having your Sun in Taurus means), Numerology (what the number 11 means for you) and Tarot-style readings (what Six of Wands means for you). Additionally, we do Angel and Rune readings so experience writing in these spirituality niches would be ideal. We pay writers $0.10 per word or $100 per 1000 words. Native English is required.
About the Project
I run a popular astrology website and I am looking to expand our content to include additional readings and resources on various topics. The ultimate goal is to create compelling content for the community that engages the reader. The main focus will be astrology content (readings, horoscopes, and informative articles) and Tarot-style card reading content, as well as Numerology, Angel and Rune readings. I want each reader to come away from their reading feeling empowered, with a deeper understanding of who they are and what their next steps are. You should be highly proficient at writing compelling astrological content that is informative, inspirational, as well as beautifully written.
There are a number of different possible projects to work on depending on your skillset, quality of work and availability:
1. Weekly horoscopes for each sign at about 300-400 words each (3600-4800 words total).
2. Astrological content and readings (300-500 words each, including topics like “what does Venus in Aries mean,” “What impacts can you expect when Neptune in Pisces squares your Natal Moon in Sagittarius”). If you have experience writing about transits or aspects, that would be ideal.
3. Numerology readings (300-400 words each, i.e. “What the Number 6 means for you today)
4. Rune readings (300-400 words each, i.e. “I drew 3 runes for you: Fehu, Uruz, Isa.. here is what it means).
5. Angel message/card readings (300-400 words, i.e. “Archangel Gabriel has a message for you today, here it is”)
6. We have other projects, including an exciting project writing ongoing content for a deck of Oracle Cards we designed and if you are talented we would love to have you work on that.
For example, a possible project would be writing readings for all the possible sign placements for the Sun (Sun in Aries, Sun in Pisces, etc.) and this would be 300-500 words per sign x 12 signs so 3600-6000 words. Another project could be reading interpretations for all the numbers in Numerology, or all the archangels, runes, etc.
This is a long term project, and if it goes well we can expand the scope of your work (if you have time). There is a huge amount of content to create each week, but I am very flexible.
For me, the most important thing is working with a writer that is talented, creative and gets things done on time and doesn’t come up with excuses. For astrological and Tarot-style content to be compelling it has to be written in a way that inspires the reader using symbolic language. You should excel and write content that feels personalized but is general enough that can be read by everyone. Also, the writing should have depth and clarity, not simply fluffy language for the sake of hitting the word count.
Requirements
I don’t have a requirement for education, but you must be a Native English speaker. We get a lot of spammers, so please send a photo of yourself when you apply. We will do an interview over Zoom with the winning candidates.
I also want to listen and learn from you, and do what I can to make this work fun and enjoyable for you. I want to work with you for YEARS, so let me know what you need and I will do my best to make it happen. You would be paid on a word count basis at $0.10 per word.

6) I am going to be hiring several writers for a paid test, and then awarding the permanent job to the article I like the most. I will have each writer write a 300-400 word horoscope for something like a “Last Quarter Moon in Aries” and a 300-400 word reading of what it means if someone draws the “Ten of Cups.”
