Hi,
we're looking for a very professional writer to help us establish a new blog covering the ecommerce industry, mostly from a business perspective.
This initiative is a part of a bigger project, and the main objective of the new blog is to get people inspired about the opportunities that the ecommerce industry opens to them as business owners.
The caveat here is that we will be mostly addressing the audience from the Middle East countries. Therefore, the content will have to be a perfect blend of global insight with local flavor.
Skill we are expecting:
- Native English speakers. If you're not a native speaker, please do not apply. Such applications will be rejected automatically.
- Perfect grammar, excellent copy flow, easy "web" style"
- Good knowledge of the ecommerce market, trends, technologies, key players
- Good interpersonal skills - you may need to reach out to some people to get their comments, feedback and inside information.
- It would be a great plus if you could do WordPress uploading and advanced WordPress post formatting yourself.
What type of content we need:
- Case studies of successful ecommerce businesses that could be launched in the Middle East region as well. We're mostly interested in ecommerce ideas that appeal to SMEs, not huge enterprises with multi-billion revenues.
- General ecommerce news, especially from the MENA region.
- Interviews with people from the ecommerce industry.
- Guides that will help business owners grow their ecommerce sites.
Workload
We're aiming to get between 30,000 and 40,000 words of content a month.
Payments
We pay every 2 weeks via PayPal.
